City studies energy-saving plan

When Cathy Lewandowski of AT&T brought me some products to review recently, included in the selection were two Android-based smartphones: the HTC One X+ and the Pantech Discover. In some ways, that turned out to be bad news for HTC. It's not that the One X+ is a bad phone; far from it.
