Rhonda Jean collects her 42-inch flat panel Panasonic TV from Kincaid Service Company as the winner of the Times-Gazette's "Bracket Bucks" contest, in which entrants attempted to pick winning brackets in the NCAA men's basketball tournament. Jean has followed basketball since she was a young girl. "My mama and daddy used to take me all the time, and I'm like, 'Really? More basketball?'"
