Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Grant Funeral Services in Estill Springs with Paul Howard officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma. Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. Thursday.

Bell Buckle property taxes to rise
