Suspect's try to grab money stopped by officer

A marijuana-carrying man allegedly trying to pull an envelope containing money from under the front door of a Madison Street loan company Sunday night was spotted by a police officer. "I observed a man sitting with his legs crossed in front of the Title Max," officer Jose Garza said in his report.
