Clarence "Monk" Hill, 52, of Estill Springs died Friday, Oct. 11, 2013 at Huntsville (Ala.) Hospital. Funeral services were held at Watson-North Funeral Home in Winchester on Tuesday, Oct. 15 with the Rev. Ray Gardner officiating. Burial followed at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
