Brown named Paul Harris Fellow (Other Record ~ 10/29/13)
Michael Watson, right, Rotary Club past president, presented a Paul Harris Fellow pin, medallion and certificate to David Brown, current president of the Rotary Club of Shelbyville. In December 1973, nearly 40 years ago, James L. Bomar, Jr., past president of the Rotary Club of Shelbyville and Past President of Rotary International, received the first Paul Harris Fellow recognition from the Rotary Club of Shelbyville. Since that time, Shelbyville Rotarians have added 244 Paul Harris Fellows and contributed over $247,500 to the Rotary Foundation. The Rotary Foundation has two main goals. The eradication of Polio and the support of Humanitarian grants including grants to fund club, district and matching grants for international projects. (Submitted photo) -
Poker run to benefit veterans charities

Burglar 'cleans up' with towels
