Jerry Lee Angus, 68, of Shelbyville died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013 at the VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gowen-Smith Chapel. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday.

Bobby and Joyce McGee's 50th wedding anniversary is today. The couple was married Nov. 3, 1963 at Shelbyville Mills Baptist Church in the old "Rubber Mill Village." She is the former Joyce Parks. Their children and grandchildren hosted a party on Oct. 19 at Edgemont Baptist Church, where he is pastor. More than 200 guests attended... -
