I have never been a health nut, but I have always tried to maintain a somewhat healthy lifestyle. This doesn't involve working out, eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, or taking vitamins in any regimented routine. This does involve me doing something that I consider unhealthy, such as eating "The Baconator," and then spending the next week trying to make up for that bad decision.
