The parents of a 7-year-old boy were arrested on child endangerment charges after a DUI crash Sunday night. Venus Denise Reed, 32, was driving on Union Street when she was involved in the collision, police said. She allegedly admitted taking Xanax and drinking half a beer and was "having difficulty waking due to her level of intoxication," officer Chris Vest's report said...
