"Run for the Ranch" is the theme of a 5K race on Saturday, March 22. "What better way to shake off the winter blues than taking a 5K trek?" said Jeff Sweeney, founder of Arrowhead Ranch. Irene Frances Daniel Lancaster, 91, of Tullahoma, died Monday, March 3, 2014 at Life Care Center in Tullahoma. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Tullahoma Funeral Home with David Spencer and Ken Keller officiating. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

Banding together for Janice (Features ~ 03/05/14)
Nearly 200 people were fed Saturday evening at a chili supper which, along with an auction, benefitted local cancer patient Janice Wright. Wright, a retired school bus driver, is well-known in the community. Not only did she drive a bus for Wheel school and later Liberty School for a total of over 30 years, she worked at both stores in Wheel -- Bedford Market and Pit Stop. She and her husband owned and operated the Bee Line Market on Warners Bridge Road at one time as well...
