Eva Lois Richardson Edwards, 89, of Belfast died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014 in NHC Oakwood Healthcare. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at East Commerce Baptist Church in Lewisburg. John Gordon of Wiser Engineering explained to the Shelbyville City Council Monday what improvements for the public square are planned if the city receives a $950,000 transportation grant.
