Banning the Rays
(Column ~ 12/07/14)
They say that eyes are the windows to the soul. Maybe this is why I would pull a Jack Nicholson and wear really dark shades all day long if it were socially acceptable. Just the other day I was having a conversation with someone and I couldn't even focus on what was being said because I couldn't quit thinking about the amount of eye contact, or lack thereof, we were making. There was a whole other conversation going on inside my head the entire time they spoke...

The primary author is Scott LeRette, on whose family the memoir is based, and award-winning co-author Susy Flory, writer of the New York Times bestseller "Thunder Dog." Nelson Books is the publisher... -
