Deborah "Nannie" and "Deb-Deb" Young Batts, 59, of Shelbyville died Friday, Feb. 27, 2015. Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with Pastor Lopez officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.

Azelia Roze O'Neal of Shelbyville was stillborn Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday at Willow Mount Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.

Three safety checkpoints are scheduled in March by the Tennessee Highway Patrol. A driver's license checkpoint is scheduled during the week of March 6 at 2 p.m. at the intersection of Midland Road and Whiteside Road. A sobriety checkpoint will begin at 11 p.m. during the week of March 13 on U.S. 231 North at the 15-mile marker...
