Theft suspects accused of hiding items

Two women were charged with allegedly walking from Dollar General Market, North Main Street, with a compact disc player, M&M candies, a Mountain Dew soft drink and bag of socks in their purses. Store employees detained Robin Louise Campbell, 32, and Victoria Ann Davenport, 28, both of an Adcock Road address, until Shelbyville police arrived Tuesday. Carl York, 51, of Shelbyville died Thursday, April 23, 2015, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Hoover's Grove Cemetery in Coffee County. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Saturday.
