The Hulk didn't make an appearance in Shelbyville over the weekend. But a man who police say "must have thought he had Hulk strength" attempted to break into a Shelbyville sporting goods store early Saturday. An alarm alerted officers to glass breaking at Hibbett Sports, North Main Street, at 5:54 a.m. No glass was broken but a door lock had been obviously tampered with, officer Brock Horner's report said...

Patricia McCord English, 68, of Shelbyville died Monday, June 8, 2015. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
