Bad drivers lead man to speed 82 mph

Commission backs wheel tax 'concept'

Bedford County Board of Commissioners voted 13-5 Tuesday night to endorse the concept of a wheel tax, although they're a long way from having any sort of specific proposal or dollar amount. Once a proposal is in place the commission would have to vote on it and it would be sent to the voters for approval at the March 2016 county election...
