A man accused of sending a text of a sexual nature to an underage girl has been indicted by the county's grand jury. Joshua Lee Locke, 30, was charged with sexual battery by an authority figure (two counts), and solicitation of a minor -- aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. Bernice Scott Holden, 82, of Murfreesboro died Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel in Murfreesboro with the Rev. Bob Tuttle and Darryl Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Gordon Holden Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
