Terrorism conviction overturned

A conviction for attempted terrorism against a man who made threats of violence at a Shelbyville school in late 2012 has been overturned by the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. Tyrone L. J.C. Robertson, 88, of Shelbyville died Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2015, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with Tom Henry and Jimmy Gray officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
