Victor R. Frazier Jr., 25, of Shelbyville died Monday, Aug. 3, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9 at Scott United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Cooper Green Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Scales & Sons Funeral Home in Murfreesboro and beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday at the church.
