Marijuana smell leads to DUI arrest

Marijuana was found on a woman stopped for speeding Monday morning, police said. Nicole Rae Martin, 18, of Greer Road was clocked at 47 mph in a 30 mph zone on South Cannon Boulevard by officer Jeff Goodrich. Wheel tax details approved

Bedford County Board of Commissioners approved the drafting of a $50 wheel tax resolution, which will be put before voters as a referendum on March 1, 2016.
