James "Roger" Kelly, 58, of Manchester died Friday, December 4 2015 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Monday.
