Shelbyville Public Works will begin using yard signs to remind local residents when a holiday affects the schedule for garbage pickup, according to director Mark Clanton. The yard signs will be introduced later this month, just before the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday on Monday, Jan. 18.
