The cries of a 14-month-old boy left alone in his mother's vehicle for 45 minutes led to her arrest on a charge of child endangerment Saturday. "That's my baby!" Amanda Jane Flum, 40, of Wesley Street yelled when a customer entered Cato's, North Main Street, and told employees a child left in a car in the parking lot was crying and screaming, according to a report filed by officer Jon Cooke of the Shelbyville Police Department.
