Michelle Lynn Thomas, 48, of Shelbyville died Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Centennial Hospital in Nashville. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m.

Helen V. "G G" Sims, 84, of Shelbyville died Monday, Feb. 1, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with Jeremy Smith and Mark Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.

The Rev. Alfred Tennyson Royer, 90, of Knoxville, a former pastor of First Baptist Church-Depot Street, died Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Central Baptist Church of Bearden in Knoxville with Dr. Wade Bibb, Dr. Larry Fields and the Rev. Mark Moreland officiating. A graveside service will follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the church. Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel is handling arrangements.

Martha Sawyer Butler, 82, of Shelbyville died Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Lanita Monroe officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Franklin. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.

Walter Hugh Claiborne, 80, of Lewisburg died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016. There will be no services at this time. Bills McGaugh Funeral Home and Crematory is handling arrangements.
