Speaker at Vietnam Veterans group (Local News ~ 04/19/16)
Master Sgt. George M. "Mike" Scott was the guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Vietnam Era Veterans. Scott is currently first sergeant for the 332nd Recruiting Squadron in Nashville. A Lafayette native, he was deployed the Middle East as part of Operation Desert Shield, Operation Desert Storm and Operation Southern Watch. He has also served in Germany, Michigan, Korea, Georgia, Texas, North Dakota and California during his military career. (Submitted photo) -
