Women rip outlet from holding cell

Two Bedford County Jail inmates allegedly vandalized an electrical outlet box in the women's holding cell at Bedford County Courthouse Monday morning. Amy Williams was seen walking away leaving the box dangling from a wall while Esther Miriam Arroyo pulled on the box approximately an hour later, according to the Bedford County Sheriff's Office.
