Edgar D. "Pete" Carter, 78, of Shelbyville died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, December 1st, at Hillcrest Funeral Home, Carrol Crosslin officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.

Pedro Maya Velasquez, 66, of Shelbyville died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016 at his home after a short illness. Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. William's Catholic Church with Father Louis Rojas officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Monday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home and Tuesday starting at 9 a.m. at the church.

Sarah Elizabeth Cunningham Lorance, 88, of Eagleville died Saturday, November 26, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lawrence Funeral Home in Chapel Hill. Burial will follow at the Rocky Glade Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday.

Floyd William Green, 59, of Shelbyville died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma. Burial will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon.

Martha S. Lynch, 71, of Shelbyville died Friday, Nov. 25, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cornerstone Baptist Church with Stephen Reeves and Douglas Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Cothran Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Lawrence Funeral Home in Chapel Hill and beginnning 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
