Double taser jolts needed to subdue raging suspect

It took two taser jolts to stop a suspect Saturday night, police said. Rodney Sylvester Dillard, 26, of Belmont Avenue was objecting to being arrested on a domestic assault charge when officer Todd Sanders administered the jolts.
