Rotary Club of Shelbyville hosted a presentation by Anita Teague, left, and Dawn Hobbs on the impact of Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for cities and municipalities. Hobbs serves as the ADA Coordinator for the City of Shelbyville and Teague is a member of the ADA Advisory Committee. “You caught me!” a man facing drug charges exclaimed as he was detained by police while allegedly trying to hide a marijuana-filled pipe after being stopped on North Main Street, initially for speeding. Officer Chris Vest smelled marijuana and asked Sean Norman Holtz, 20, if he had drugs in his vehicle. Holtz said he did, and that he was trying to spray cologne to cover the smell of the marijuana...
