Charles William Divens (Obituary ~ 03/28/17)
Charles William Divens, 78, died Tuesday, March 28, 2016. A native of Petersburg, TN., son of the late Hub “Bear” and Annie Mae Divens. He is survived by way of the Greer, Porter and Harper families; many great-nieces and nephews along with the Bird Street Church of Christ family. Funeral services will be noon Saturday at Bird Street Church of Christ. Public viewing will be 2:30-5 p.m. Friday at Nelson & Sons Memorial Chapel. Family visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
