The annual Chamber of Commerce Firehouse Barbecue will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at the Tennessee Fire Service and Codes Academy on Unionville Deason Road. There will be door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Choking, pushing woman results in assault charge

Billy Joe Bain Jr., 31, of Wartrace Pike allegedly began making insulting remarks to a 10-year-old boy in the home because he was crying. Champs hope for more success at Jackson Co. (High School Sports ~ 09/28/17)
The Cascade Champions got a big boost last week with the return of quarterback Colby Melson. Jail talks weren't full commission meetings
