Vietnam Era Veterans speaker (Local News ~ 12/01/17)
Vietnam Era Veterans November speaker for November was Travis Murphy, assistant commissioner of Veterans Affairs for the State of Tennessee. Murphy spoke about benefits that are available to veterans and their spouses, including veterans cemeteries in Tennessee that have free burial to veterans. He also took questions from the audience. Student's cellphones taken after fight videoed

I was born and brought up in a Baptist denomination, where i gave my heart to Christ at the age of 7. As most young teenagers, when I entered into this phase of my life I started rebelling against the Lord and going my separate ways for my own self motives. Carl Pruitt is the new pastor of Believer’s Fellowship Church. Pruitt was born and raised in Hazel Green near Huntsville, Alabama. He lives in Nashville. He served in the U.S. Army for approximately eight years and was involved in the military’s Air Defense Department. He has three daughters and one son, plus seven grandchildren. Pruitt attended Emmanuel Bible College and has a degree in Christian education.
