A man who flipped a finger sign at two passing vehicles on Bethlehem Church Road Monday afternoon hit one of his targets, the Bedford County Sheriff's Office was told. A father and two sons were driving in the road's 300 block when the suspect, who was standing in a traffic lane, stuck up his finger and cursed at them.
