Drug suspect with kids offers to give away gun

A man carrying two children, marijuana and a handgun in his SUV allegedly offered to give away the weapon to police Tuesday night. Officers found Justin Michael Hosmer, 29, of Deery Street, his children, ages 4 and 9 months, three adults and a teenager outside an apartment building where he told officer Nathaniel Everhart he lives.
