Long-term care ombudsmen needed

Stolen car abandoned after hit-and-run crash

A stolen car involved in a hit-and-run accident in Shelbyville on Friday night was abandoned overnight behind a Warners Bridge Road home. A resident returned from work around 11 a.m. to find the white Chrysler 200 in his back yard with front end damage. Screenings scheduled by clinic (Local News ~ 08/28/18)
Community Clinic of Shelbyville and Bedford County will celebrate National PSA Day Sept. 17, and will be providing free PSA tests for its male patients from 6-8 p.m. that day. PSA (prostate-specific antigen) testing is a blood test to screen for prostate cancer. PSA is a protein produced by the prostate. High levels of PSA can be an indicator of prostate cancer -- although there are other conditions that can also increase PSA... -
