A state Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of Bedford County in the lawsuit brought by Grady Cunningham over denial of rezonings for his property on U.S. 231 North. Cunningham requested the rezoning multiple times. He wanted to move his office supply business from rental property in Shelbyville to the site he had purchased on U.S. 231, and needed a zoning change from A-1 (agriculture) to C-2 (commercial) to do so...
