Katie Guthrie Shearin, who is a member of Shelbyville Lions Club as well as a first vice-district governor in the Lions organization, welcomes District Governor Tawnya Buster, who visited the Shelbyville club recently. Incumbent Shelbyville Mayor Wallace Cartwright easily won re-election Tuesday night, receiving 3,440 votes. The total number of write-in votes was 189.
