A suspect in a vehicle theft at a North Jefferson Street wrecker service was arrested Saturday morning, Shelbyville police said. Jeffrey Brandon Utz, 27, of Petersburg allegedly drove a 2006 Nissan Sentra through and over a fence after taking a CD player and key fob from two other vehicles at Mike’s Towing and Recovery.
