Video helps identify theft suspect (Local News ~ 07/17/19)
Video footage of a rug being stolen from a Shelbyville store helped officers identify and arrest a suspect Tuesday. Michael Shane Mullins, 48, who police say matches the description of the rug theft suspect, was spotted riding a bicycle on North Cannon Boulevard by officers David Curley and Mitchell Warren. Mullins allegedly admitted taking the rug from Celebration Liquors, North Main Street, at 4:22 a.m., and said where it could be found, police said. The rug was returned to the store... -
