Barbara Jean Howard, 79, of Shelbyville died Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at Tennova Healthcare-Shelbyville after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be at 12 noon Saturday, August 24 at Edgemont Baptist Church. Pastor Willie Lee Rippy of King’s Chapel at Union Ridge will be eulogist. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The body will lie in state on Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service.
