Beta Iota Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha met Sept. 5. Chapter President Andrea Sublett initiates two new members, Shelli Burk and Beverly Derryberry. The chapter supports local schools by giving a scholarship to one senior at each of the three public high schools, and also contributes to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Stephen Lee Neeley, 68, of Shelbyville died Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at his home. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Brother Ray Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m.
