William Patterson “Patt” Dennis Jr., 57, of Bell Buckle, died Wednesday, November 27, 2019. A celebration of life service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Baptist Church. Brother Jason Williams will officiate. The family will receive visitors 5-8 PM Saturday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel.

TCAT paints emergency command post (Local News ~ 11/29/19)
The automotive collision repair class at Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Shelbyville recently completed a project to strip and paint the Bedford County Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency Major Incident Communications bus. The used county school bus was transferred to EMA by Bedford County Schools. It is being repurposed into a major incident public safety communications response vehicle. The TCAT program agreed to strip and repaint the bus. This provided the students in the program a good opportunity to learn how to complete a large paint project and saved the county the cost of labor. Roger Huffman of Celebration City Region Car Club hands a check to Kay Dennis of the Great Strides organization. The club donates to several charities each year. Great Strides describes its mission as to “provide physical therapy exercises and recreation for riders with physical and or mental disabilities through horseback riding and related activities.” -
