Bedford County Mayor Chad Graham was presented with the John S Fitzsimmons Legacy Award. Nov. 21 by the South Central EMS Directors Association. Graham, a former director of Bedford County Emergency Medical Services, was the original vice president of the SCEMSDA as well as past president of Tennessee Ambulance Service Association and served on local hospital and E911 Boards.
