Governor: Please follow the order (Local News ~ 04/02/20)
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee issued an “Executive Order” March 31 that is a request, asking Tennesseans to cooperate in the effort to slow down the spread of COVID-19. The order states that “all persons in Tennessee are ‘urged’ to stay at home, except for when engaging in Essential Activity or Essential Services as defined by this Order.” The order took effect at Midnight Tuesday (March 31). Carkuff, Smith twirl epic pitcher's duel (High School Sports ~ 04/02/20)
There perhaps has been no greater local pitching rivalry among high school athletes than between Jared Carkuff of Cascade and Bryan Smith of Eagleville.
