Substance found on shoplifter

A suspect carrying a bag of methamphetamine was charged with shoplifting after trying to leave Walmart without paying Thursday, police said. Faith Thelma Martin, 30, of South Pittsburg also faces charges of introducing contraband into a penal institution and possession of a schedule II drug. She was released on $11,000 bond...
