Sara Elizabeth Griffin-Layton, 81, died Saturday, August 1, 2020 at her home in Lewisburg. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill with Rev. Paul Guffey officiating. There will be no visitation. Lawrence Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, is handling arrangements.
