Well, this is big news for our grain farmers. The federal court and EPA pulled one of the most effective weed control measures from the industry and this affected soybean producers who have to combat weeds in their crops. Carlena Potts, 92, of Shelbyville died Sunday, November 1, 2020, at her home. Per her request, she will be cremated and there will be no services at this time. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.

Joe Frank Campbell, 83, of the Porterfield community in Cannon County, died November 2, 2020, at his home at his home after a short illness. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. David Dunn officiating. Interment will follow in Hazel Cemetery, Bell Buckle. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday.
