The state reports that there were 1,774 tests conducted in the county and 30 percent of those tests resulted in a positive outcome. Revia Carol Simmons, 57, of Manchester died Saturday, December 12, 2020 at St. Thomas West in Nashville. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Living Water Pentecostal Church in Manchester with Pastor Rick Clouse officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Hill Cemetery in Hillsboro. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Gowen-Smith Chapel is handling arrangements.
