Mary Ruth “Cricket” Comstock, 58, of Shelbyville, died suddenly on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to funeral service starting at 11 a.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
