Funeral services for Charles Wilburn Oliver, 81, of Shelbyville will be 2 p.m. Friday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Jimmy Tedder and Joe Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. He died Tuesday at Bedford County Medical Center.
